There are many home teeth whitening goods that I have tested out. I have to say that I am heavy smoker and I drink a lot of coffee. There are few kits that are working wonderfully and give me rapid results even after the primary bleeching.

Up until today I have made use of most of the brightening tricks mentioned here for a few weeks. And I got to say that my teeth are a lot brighter now. I am happy with the result so far but I would like to know if it is okay if I additionally use a mouth wash which contains carbamide peroxide? Can that accomplish a more intense brightening effect?

Wow very detailed article. I tried tons of teeth whitening products after I stopped smoking the most is crap. Then I ordered the Alta White trial (its like for free only $3 for shipping). Used it for about 2 weeks until the first notable results came up. After another week my teeth were really white. Can recommend Alta White to anyone.
