Most toothpastes usually have small particles of either silica, aluminum oxide, calcium carbonate, or calcium phosphate to grind off stains that form after drinking coffee or wine, or even after enjoying a smoke or two. However, like teeth whitening products with bleaching solutions, it may take you weeks before you can see the change. But beware: Price tab-wise, these treatments may be prohibitively more expensive than over the counter do-it-yourself teeth whitening products.
